Spring California Vacation: Part 1

Last year Chris, Diana, and Emma decided to move to California. So we decided to go for a visit. It was so nice to be able to visit. And the cousins got to really bond. I think it was an adjustment for everyone but by the end they were the best of friends. While we were there is was warm enough for swimming one day and cool enough for jackets the rest of time. We went swimming, went Discovery Cube and Disneyland, and the beach.

It was an early morning for everyone so he was little tired waiting around the airport.  But, it was nothing some donuts couldn't take care of..or a nap on the plane. At least the big one napped on the plane.

And we went for a little swim before dinner.

The next day we went to the Discovery Cube. It was awesome, especially the Bubble Show.

On Wednesday, we made it out to California Adventure. What a great place! Between the 8 of us, we rode just about everything we could. We started out with the Carsland ride. Ethan loved it. He was rather surprised that the end of the ride started going faster for racing mode. He loved it though. Brady's favorite ride was definitely the Mater's tractor spin.

And while it wasn't raining and the others were riding Soaring over California, Brady and I walked around and took a couple of pictures.

I adore this one!

These 3 are such hams!

No day at the park is complete without a little treat.

Mater's tractor pull.

Little Mermaid ride

And of course Mickey's Fun Wheel. We were brave and rode the wiggle ones.

That face!

There's Dad, Brady, and Grandma

Ethan won a couple of Mickey's playing carnival games. They are so cute.

Two tired little boys.
